About this demonstration. “Carlisle Consolidators” is a fictional composite firm, invented for this demonstration. It is not a real company, and nothing here is drawn from the records of any actual consolidator. Freight rates are illustrative. The customs rules modelled below are real, public and current — they are published by the Barbados Customs & Excise Department and apply identically to every firm in the country.

Pick a seat below. Every action you take is live and shared — scan a box in Miami and it appears in the customer’s app and the owner’s dashboard before you can switch screens.
The seat to look at first is Barbados Operations. Its Valuation & Audit tab models the FOB measure Customs adopted on 1 April 2026 and suspended on 30 June, and works out — line by line — what is recoverable through the Post Clearance Audit Unit.
Try this path. Open Miami Warehouse and scan a box in → switch to the Customer App and submit the invoice → go to Barbados Operations, lodge the entry — that is what mints the Customs Reference Number — and clear it → pay in the Customer App and watch it release against that CRN → deliver it in the Driver app. The Command Center counts it all the whole way.
Then try the thing that matters. In Charges & payments there is a paid package marked Not lodged. Press Release on it. The software refuses — because since 24 July a printed Release Order is no longer accepted, and a line with no CRN has nothing to be released against. That refusal is not a validation rule somebody invented; it is the clearance procedure.
